Let me say that the process in my home purchasing was not an easy one as there was an issue with the title/deed of the home due to a death and no will and testament. It was a long and tedious process and there were many times I wanted to just quit and give up but this home was destined to be mines and it’s because of Ken and him thinking of me when the sellers needed to sell and I needed to buy without even knowing it. Ken didn’t let me give up and encouraged me always even when I would call him to scream, yell, curse, and vent when none of it was his fault but the process with probate. A little more than 10 months but we did it! I am so thankful and grateful for him and being there with me every step of the way! what a way to end this year and start my New Year 2024.
